Naturopathic medicine blends modern science with traditional and natural medicine. Think of it as your gateway to optimal health. By taking a holistic approach to health including diet, exercise and lifestyle, naturopathic doctors work to uncover why you’re not feeling your best.

Able to treat both acute and chronic conditions, naturopathic treatments are chosen based on the individual and may include dietary changes, nutritional supplements, herbal medicines, acupuncture, lifestyle counselling, exercise, and IV therapies.

In Ontario, Naturopathic Doctors must complete at least 7 years of post-secondary education and complete rigorous licensing exams. The practice of Naturopathic Medicine is regulated in Ontario.
